目的:利用乳腺数字化成像后处理可以对细小病灶数字放大打印处理的特性为临床诊断提供更多的影像信息,提高对乳腺疾病的诊断率。方法:回顾性选取资料库乳腺患者影像资料二组共80份,患者影像中皆具有细小散在钙化的病变,对其中一组40份细小散在钙化病变未加放大打印胶片;另一组40份,每份另加局部细小散在钙化病变的局部放大打印胶片配合观察。将上述影像资料送至乳腺专科医生观看。结果:未加病变局部放大打印胶片的诊断符合率为63%,而添加病变局部放大打印胶片的诊断符合率为76%。结论:对乳腺影像中的细小散在钙化经局部放大打印胶片结合观察,在临床诊断中有提高和帮助诊断的价值。
OBJECTIVE: To use digital mammography post-processing to provide more image information for clinical diagnosis and to improve the diagnosis rate of breast diseases. Methods: A retrospective database of 80 patients with breast tissue imaging data were selected. There were 80 small and scattered calcifications in the images of the patients. One group of 40 small scattered calcified lesions were not enlarged and printed. The other group of 40, Each plus a small local scattered calcified lesions of the local enlarged print film with the observation. The above image information to the breast specialist to watch. Results: The diagnostic coincidence rate of local magnified printed film with no pathological changes was 63%, while the diagnostic coincidence rate of locally magnified printed film with added lesions was 76%. Conclusion: Small scattered calcification in the breast images combined with local enlargement of the printed film observation has the value of improving and assisting diagnosis in clinical diagnosis.
