油漆涂层是防止金属腐蚀常用方法之一。如何预测漆膜的防锈蚀性能仍然是当前的热门研究课题。盐雾试验、盐水浸渍、水汽渗透等方法早已为人们熟知,但是试验周期都比较长。测定漆膜耐蚀性的电化学方法也有很多,其中以漆膜阻抗的测定来预测漆膜的耐蚀性的方法,与实际结果是为吻合。本文介绍的漆膜阻抗的测定方法,是作者在日本涂料公司中央研究所研修时学习的一种预测漆膜的防蚀性能的方法
Paint coating is one of the common methods to prevent metal corrosion. How to predict the anticorrosion performance of the paint film is still the hot research topic. Salt spray test, salt water immersion, water vapor permeation and other methods have long been well known, but the test period is longer. There are many electrochemical methods for measuring the corrosion resistance of the paint film. The method of predicting the corrosion resistance of the paint film by the determination of paint film resistance is consistent with the actual result.
