自1980年全美数学教师协会(NCTM)在其《行动的议程》的文件中首次提出:“必须把问题解决作为80年代中学数学的核心”以来,“问题解决”不仅已经成为国际数学教育研究的重要课题,而且形成了数学教育发展的时代潮流.它对于培养分析与解决问题的能力,以及应用意识与创造能力都具有重要意义.因此,问题解决作为一种现代教育的目的观,应当成为学生积极的认识过程和数学教学的模式.
