水利部公告2009年第12号根据《中华人民共和国行政许可法》第五十条、《水行政许可实施办法》第四十条及《水土保持监测资格证书管理暂行办法》的有关规定,水利部完成了第三批水土保持监测资格证书的延续审查工作,准予水利部水土保持植物开发管理中心等29个单位的甲级资格证书、密云县水土保持工作站等127个单位的乙级资格证书延续,有效期3年。现予以公告。
Ministry of Water Resources Announcement No. 12 of 2009 According to the “People’s Republic of China Administrative Licensing Law” Article 50, “Water Administrative Licensing Measures” Article 40 and the “Provisional Measures for Soil and Water Conservation Monitoring Certificate,” the relevant provisions of the Ministry of Water Resources Completed the third batch of soil and water conservation monitoring qualification renewal review work, granted the Ministry of Water Resources Soil and Water Conservation Plant Development and Management Center, 29 units of Grade A qualification certificate, Miyun County Soil and Water Conservation Work Station and other 127 units of B qualification renewal, Valid for 3 years.
