在400℃,10 MPa的高热水蒸气釜中研究了退火后的Zr-1.0Nb-xY(x=0、0.1、0.4、0.7、1.0wt%)合金的氧化腐蚀性能。结果表明,退火后锆铌钇合金的耐腐蚀性能随钇含量的增加而降低。合金显微组织的SEM和EDS分析表明,合金元素钇在合金中以析出相的形式存在。研究表明,固溶在合金基体中的钇元素能够增强合金的耐腐蚀性能,而析出的钇元素则会导致纳米孔的形成,不利于锆铌钇合金的耐腐蚀性能。
Oxidation corrosion properties of the annealed Zr-1.0Nb-xY (x = 0,0.1,0.4,0.7,1.0wt%) alloy were investigated in a hot water autoclave at 400 ° C and 10 MPa. The results show that the corrosion resistance of zirconium niobium yttrium alloy decreases with the increase of yttrium content after annealing. SEM and EDS analysis of the alloy microstructure showed that the alloying element yttrium existed in the alloy in the form of precipitated phase. The results show that the solution of yttrium in alloy matrix can enhance the corrosion resistance of the alloy, and the precipitated yttrium can lead to the formation of nano-pores, which is unfavorable to the corrosion resistance of zirconium-niobium yttrium alloy.
