本文主要介绍采用新材料、新工艺研制成功的《柯杰牌》新型KJ系列外加剂的主要性能 ,特别是KJ高效减水剂在配制C80预应力高强混凝土 (PHC)管桩时 ,用 5 2 5P·Ⅱ水泥 3 5 0～ 3 70kg/m3 ,磨细石英砂 15 0～ 160kg/m3 ,采用同等掺量的KJ高效减水剂 0 5～ 0 6%顶替国际上某名牌产品 (萘系 ) ,可生产出同等强度水平的 90～ 110MPaPHC管桩 ;以及KJ系列产品在预拌混凝土 ,泵送混凝土、工业与民用建筑、地下防水混凝土、高速公路路面与桥梁混凝土等的工程应用 ,及其取得的技术效果与经济效益。
