Moderate food restriction can prolong life expectancy, postponed the decline of senile physiological function, delay the occurrence of cancer and other senile diseases, but its mechanism is still unknown. In 1987, Laganiere et al. Envisioned that limiting food heat price may reduce oxidative damage by adjusting free radical metabolism. Since then, experiments have shown that long-term restrictions on food heat price can prevent the aging rat liver enzymes and non-enzyme antioxidant activity decreased and lipid peroxidation increased. This experiment for the first time to observe the impact of renal free radical metabolism short-term food restriction.
