如何帮助经济困难学生顺利完成学业、增强其生存和发展能力,是高等教育发展道路上面临的一道难题。文章提出以经济资助为保障、以素质与能力资助为目标的“双线资助”模式。
How to help the economically disadvantaged students successfully complete their studies and enhance their ability to survive and develop is a difficult problem facing the development of higher education. The article puts forward the mode of “two-line subsidy” with the objective of providing subsidies for quality and ability with economic aid as its guarantee.
