目的尝试用PSA治疗男性不育患者精液粘度的效果。方法将精液标本按精液粘度分为:粘度正常组30例,高粘度组32例,分别检测PSA含量,并向高粘度组精液加入PSA,观察精液变化。结果PSA含量比较:精液粘度正常组为(1.34±0.63)mg/ml,高粘度组为(0.69±0.31)mg/ml,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),加入PSA使32例高粘稠度精液精子活动力和活动率改变有统计学意义。结论PSA能降低高粘度精液的粘度,增强精子活力。
Objective To test the effect of using PSA to treat semen viscosity in male infertility patients. Methods According to the semen viscosity, semen samples were divided into three groups: normal viscosity group (n = 30) and high viscosity group (n = 32). PSA levels were measured. PSA was added to the semen of high viscosity group. Results Compared with PSA, there was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The addition of PSA increased the PSA content in the normal group (1.34 ± 0.63) mg / ml and the high viscosity group (0.69 ± 0.31) mg / Cases of high viscosity sperm motility and activity changes were statistically significant. Conclusion PSA can reduce the viscosity of high viscosity semen and enhance sperm motility.
