暨南大学企业发展研究所是广东省人文社科重点实验基地。下设人力资源管理研究室、工业经济研究室、财务管理研究室、ERP研究室。该研究所科研实力雄厚,研究成果丰富,在广东省乃至全国都有一定的影响。其中,人力资源管理研究室以暨南大学人力资源管理研究所为基础,在人力资源管理的科研与应用方面做了大量工作。本刊在“管理技术”栏中将陆续刊登他们的研究成果。
