通过对防磨用的撞击式分离器的试验研究 ,发现颗粒粒径对分离效率的影响存在一较佳值。经对颗粒的理想碰撞反弹飞出速度的计算 ,指出在颗粒分离的过程中 ,不能忽略碰撞反弹因素的影响 ,并分析了其对分离性能的影响。这些结论 ,可对低浓度撞击式分离器的设计给予一定启示。最后简要分析了安装分离器后能取得的预期防磨效果
Through the experimental research on the anti-wear impact type separator, it is found that the particle size has a better effect on the separation efficiency. The calculation of the fly-off speed of the ideal collision of the particles indicates that the impact of the collision rebound factor can not be neglected in the process of particle separation, and the influence on the separation performance is analyzed. These conclusions can give a certain inspiration to the design of low concentration impactor separator. Finally, a brief analysis of the installation of the separator can achieve the desired anti-wear effect
