目的总结局灶机化性肺炎(FOP)的临床及影像学特点。方法选择1999年5月至2004年12月收治的经穿刺活检或手术病理证实的FOP患者14例,男11例,女3例;年龄35～74岁,平均54岁;对其影像学表现和临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果14例局灶机化性肺炎中X线胸片、CT表现为扁平状5例,不规则形6例,结节形2例,三角形或楔形4例。病灶大小:1.0～3.0cm者5例,>3.0cm者9例。结论X线胸片及CT检查并密切结合临床,对局灶机化性肺炎的诊断及鉴别有较高的价值。
Objective To summarize the clinical and imaging features of focal organic pneumonia (FOP). Methods Fourteen patients with FOP confirmed by biopsy or surgical pathology from May 1999 to December 2004 were selected, including 11 males and 3 females, aged from 35 to 74 years, with an average of 54 years. The imaging findings and Clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 14 cases of focal organic pneumonia, X-ray showed CT showed flattened 5 cases, irregular 6 cases, nodular 2 cases, triangle or wedge 4 cases. Lesions size: 1.0 ~ 3.0cm in 5 cases,> 3.0cm in 9 cases. Conclusion X-ray and CT examination combined with clinical close, the diagnosis and identification of focal organic pneumonia have a higher value.
