我国当代社会的民生概念蕴含的民生价值包括人的尊严的维护,社会的公平、正义,民众拥有各种权利,全体社会成员的和谐共生与发展等方面。民生价值的实现需要法治予以保障,因为从法治的内涵、法治实施的要求、法治实施的方式等方面看,法治蕴含着民生价值。不仅如此,法治还可以提供民生价值实现的权利保障和秩序保障,为民生价值的实现提供可能性,法治如果能够加强与民生事业相关法律的立法、执法、司法,加强与民生事业相关法律的普法宣传与守法教育,那么,法治的民生价值则会得到较为有效的实现。
The concept of livelihood embodied in the concept of livelihood in contemporary Chinese society includes the safeguard of human dignity, the fairness and justice of society, the right of the people to all kinds of rights and the harmonious coexistence and development of all members of society. Not only that, the rule of law can also provide the rights and the guarantee of the realization of the people’s livelihood value, and provide the possibility for the realization of the livelihood value. If the rule of law can strengthen the legislation, law enforcement and judicature of the law relating to people’s livelihood, and popularize the law relating to people’s livelihood Publicity and law-abiding education, then the people’s livelihood value of the rule of law will be more effectively achieved.
