开办邮政储蓄业务已有一年多了,在各级领导的重视与有关部门的支持下,取得了可喜的成绩,积累了一些经验,在竞争中站住了脚,打开了局面。今年,邮电部又提出要进一步贯彻“多办、快办、办好“邮政储蓄业务的方针。千方百计敞开发展,调动一切积极因素,努力开创新局面,争取年末储蓄余额达到30亿元。各省、区、市局要积极采取措施,抓落实,努力完成今年的任务。在邮政锗蓄业务经营中,我认为有必要树立以下几个新观念。
More than a year has passed since the establishment of the postal savings business. Thanks to the attention of leaders at all levels and the support of relevant departments, we have made gratifying achievements, accumulated some experience, stalled our competition and opened up the situation. This year, the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications put forward the principle of further implementing the “postal savings business that we run more, manage faster and handle well”. Do everything possible to open up development, mobilize all positive factors, work hard to create a new situation and strive for the balance of savings reaching 3 billion yuan by the end of the year. All provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities should take active measures to grasp the implementation and strive to accomplish this year’s task. In postal Ge storage business, I think it is necessary to establish the following new concepts.
