目的了解重症监护室泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌医院感染危险因素,制定控制措施。方法采用现场调查和回顾性分析方法,对重症监护室一起泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌引发呼吸道感染事件进行了调查。结果该医院重症监护室1周内连续发生4例由铜绿假单胞菌引起的下呼吸道医院感染病例。同时在该ICU内多种物体表面和护工护士手上检出同源铜绿假单胞菌,检出率最高达75.00%。所检出的PA菌株为泛耐药菌株,除对多粘菌素敏感外,对其他临床常用14种抗菌药物均耐药。结论该医院重症监护室发生一起泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染爆发事件,在病人入住的病房内多种物体表面和工作人员手上检出同源PA菌株。
Objective To understand the risk factors of pan-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa nosocomial infection in intensive care unit and to develop control measures. Methods A field investigation and retrospective analysis were conducted to investigate the incidence of respiratory infections caused by pan-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa in intensive care unit. Results Four consecutive cases of nosocomial infection of lower respiratory tract caused by Pseudomonas aeruginosa occurred within 1 week in the intensive care unit of the hospital. At the same time, homologous Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected on the surface of various objects in the ICU and nursing nurses. The detection rate was up to 75.00%. PA strains were detected as pan-resistant strains, in addition to susceptibility to polymyxin, the other clinical commonly used 14 kinds of antimicrobial resistance. Conclusions A pan-drug-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa outbreak occurred in the intensive care unit of the hospital. Homologous PA strains were detected on the surface of various objects in the wards and in the staff.
