进入2008年以来,随着美国次贷危机的恶化,世界经济面临了巨大的冲击。据统计,全球金融机构因次贷危机而造成的损失已超过1000亿美元。在花旗、美林等金融机构公布巨亏季报后,美国股市大幅下跌,进而引起全球股市剧烈震荡。最新数据显示,美国的经济增长速度正在急速放缓,去年第四季度美国经济增长速度只有0.6%,远远低于前一季度的4.9%。去年全年的经济增长率仅为2.2%,为过去5年的最低增幅。那么,世界经济发展的趋势是否会随之改变?我们认为,对于这个问题,应该从多个角度加以分析。
