硒对细胞间代谢协作的影响

本文应用体外V_(79)细胞的代谢协作试验测定硒对代谢协作的影响。结果发现1×10~(-5)M的硒(NazSeO_3的形式)在体外可明显地降低促癌剂TPA对细胞间代谢协作的抑制作用。

In this paper, in vitro V_ (79) cell metabolic cooperative test to determine the impact of selenium on the metabolic coordination. The results showed that 1 × 10 ~ (-5) M selenium (NazSeO_3) could obviously reduce the inhibitory effect of TPA on the intercellular metabolism in vitro.
