对给水泵穿杠螺丝预紧力进行合理选择以及在运行中对温度应力进行恰当控制,是给水泵安全可靠运行的关键因素之一。泵壳结合面漏水及穿杠螺丝拉断,一般系因穿杠螺丝预紧力的选择不合理,温度应力控制不当所造成。
It is one of the key factors for the safe and reliable operation of the feed pump that the pre-tightening force of the feed pump screw is properly selected and the temperature stress is properly controlled during operation. The leakage of the pump casing joint surface and the pull-out of the penetrating screw are generally caused by the unreasonable selection of the preload of the threaded rod screw and the improper control of the temperature stress.
