进入21世纪以来,中国文博事业发展迅速,博物馆数量不断增长。近年来重庆各区县也意识到建设地方性博物馆的重要意义和价值,因而各区、县一级地方性博物馆在不断地建立建设。区县博物馆建立一支优秀的讲解队能够让观众在短时间内较为深刻了解当地历史文化。文章通过对重庆区县及以下行政级别的公立博物馆进行抽样调查分析重庆地方性中小型博物馆在讲解队伍的建设上存在的一定问题。
Since entering the 21st century, the cause of Chinese literature and art has been developing rapidly with an increasing number of museums. In recent years, all districts and counties in Chongqing have also realized the importance and value of building local museums. Therefore, local museums at the district and county levels are constantly under construction. District Museum to create an excellent team to explain to enable viewers in a short period of time a more profound understanding of the local history and culture. This article analyzes the problems of the construction of Chongqing local small and medium-sized museums in the process of explaining the contingent through the sample survey of the public museums in the administrative districts and counties below Chongqing.
