随着我国越来越多的保险公司从单体法人公司转向多法人保险集团,如何科学合理地界定保险集团总部的职能就成为目前我国保险集团亟需解决的重要问题。根据我国保险集团发展现状,集团总部应侧重于战略管理、资本运营、班子管理、财务管理、业绩考核、审计监督、品牌建设、文化构建、风险控制和协同管理等职能。
As more and more insurance companies in our country shift from single corporation to multi-corporation insurance group, how to define the function of headquarters of insurance group scientifically and rationally becomes an important problem that our country’s insurance corporation urgently needs to solve. According to the development status of insurance groups in our country, the headquarters of the Group should focus on such functions as strategic management, capital operation, team management, financial management, performance evaluation, audit supervision, brand building, cultural construction, risk control and collaborative management.
