山东省汶上县次丘镇第一中学翱翔文学社成立于2010年,现有社员88人。文学社秉承“发现人才,培育人才,推举人才”的理念,以“服务于学生综合素质发展,服务于作文教学”为宗旨,以“培养学生文学创新能力,培养文学新人”为目的,定期组织文学培训课,开展文学创作活动和主题征文活动。社员在《齐鲁晚报》《中学生报》《语文周报》《作文点评报》等报刊上发表作品百余篇,并多次在各级征文活动中
