所谓释重训练法,就是在有阻力的加速跑中,突然解除与加速度方向相反的阻力的方法。这种阻力来自于铃片与地面所产生的摩擦力。其具体做法是:用绳子的一端固定在练习者的躯干上,先让其做有阻力的加速跑,然后突然解除阻力练习者仍继续加速前进。几年来我们对运动员进行了释重训练法的探索和尝试,取得了令人满意的成绩。凡受试者一般约需经过大半年的系统训练,100米跑成绩都能有较大幅度的提高。
