目的探讨我院超说明书用药的情况及合理性。方法取1个月处方进行统计分析,查阅相关资料,确定超说明书用药的药品及其合理性。结果共调查处方32 216张,共有22张处方涉及超说明书用药,共计有15个药品品规。通过文献检索,涉及药品的超说明书用药在国内使用比较普遍。结论我院存在超说明书用药现象,但使用率不高,且用药都有一定的循证医学依据,不存在药品滥用现象。
Objective To investigate the situation and rationality of super instruction manual in our hospital. Methods 1 month prescription for statistical analysis, access to relevant information to determine the drug super drugs manual and its rationality. Results A total of 32 216 prescriptions were investigated. A total of 22 prescriptions involved the use of hyper-description drugs, for a total of 15 drug product regulations. Through the literature search, drugs involved in the super manual medication is more common in the country. Conclusions There is super-instruction drug usage in our hospital, but the usage rate is not high, and there is evidence-based medical basis for the use of drugs. There is no substance abuse phenomenon.
