目的研究数字化X线摄影系统评价成人大骨节病患者膝关节骨赘与下肢力学轴线的关系。方法 280例成人大骨节病患者,通过应用数字化X线评价拍摄膝关节前后位片,测量和计算股骨胫骨角、骨赘长度、骨赘突起指数、胫股关节间隙比,研究分析成人大骨节病患者膝关节骨赘突起指数与胫股关节间隙比、股骨胫骨角的关联性。结果关节股骨胫骨角与股骨内侧髁骨赘突起指数、关节股骨胫骨角与胫骨内侧骨赘突起指数、关节胫股关节间隙比与股骨外侧髁骨赘突起指数、而关节胫股关节间隙比与胫骨内侧髁骨赘突起指数等均呈现出正相关(P<0.01)。结论数字化X线在成人大骨节病的研究中具有较高的应用价值;成人大骨节病患者膝关节骨赘与下肢力学轴线存在显著的相关性,膝关节骨赘的发生与发展可能受到下肢生物力学变化的影响。
Objective To study the relationship between knee osteophytes and lower extremity mechanical axis in adult patients with Kashin-Beck disease by digital radiography. Methods A total of 280 adult patients with Kashin-Beck disease were treated with digitized radiography to measure anteroposterior radiographs of the knee joint. The femoral and tibial angles, the length of osteophytes, the index of osteophytes and the ratio of tibiofemoral joint gaps were measured and calculated. Conclusions Digital X-ray has a high value in the study of adult Kashin-Beck disease. There is a significant correlation between the osteophytes of knee joint and the mechanical axis of lower limbs in adult patients with Kashin-Beck disease.
