目的:对乳腺癌的超声图像特征进行分析从而提高其超声诊断准确率。方法:回顾分析13例经术后病理证实为乳腺癌患者的超声图像及病理特征。结果:13例乳腺癌,术前经超声诊断为乳腺恶性肿瘤8例,可疑恶性肿瘤4例,误诊为良性肿瘤1例。12例形态欠规则;5例可见强回声晕;7例边缘不光整,可见毛刺状边缘;11例肿块内部表现为低回声;4例后方回声衰减;9例纵横比>1;4例肿块内可见微小钙化;10例可见丰富、杂乱血流信号,但可RI可>0.7,也可<0.7;3例同侧腋窝淋巴结肿大,形态失常。结论:乳腺癌超声图像具有一定特征,认识这些特征有助于乳腺癌的诊断。
Objective: To analyze the characteristics of breast ultrasound images to improve the diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 13 cases of pathologically confirmed breast cancer patients with ultrasound images and pathological features. Results: Thirteen cases of breast cancer were diagnosed as breast cancer by ultrasonography in 8 cases, suspicious malignant tumor in 4 cases and misdiagnosed as benign tumor in 1 case. 12 cases were underdeveloped, 5 cases were found to have strong echogenic halo, 7 cases were not smooth at the edge, but there were no burr edge, 11 cases showed hypoechoic internal lesion, 4 cases had posterior echo attenuation, 9 cases had aspect ratio> 1, Visible micro-calcification; 10 cases of rich and messy blood flow signal, but RI can be> 0.7, can also be <0.7; 3 cases of ipsilateral axillary lymph nodes, morphological disorders. Conclusion: Breast cancer has certain characteristics of ultrasound images, understanding these features contribute to the diagnosis of breast cancer.
