随着近几年高校学生的不断扩招,高校毕业生也随之迅速增加,用人单位对学生的要求和选择余地也不断增大,在当前严峻的就业形势下,高职院校毕业生成了就业市场上的相对弱势群体,学生就业心态与就业期望等方面的矛盾日益彰显。高职高专学校要取得进一步的发展,亟需采取有效措施应对新形势下用人单位对人才的需求变化,进一步做好学生择业教育并将它作为就业工作的切入点给予高度重视。
