长久以来人们企图使用人工合成视紫红质,例如11-顺视黄醛与视蛋白结合以形成视紫红质,但由于很难得到11-顺视黄醛,因而未能成功。Hubbard等报道,利用9-顺视黄醛与胺类可形成类似于视紫红质的异视紫红质。“isorhodopsin”虽然对其光色互变有报道,但这种仿生光敏染料的光电响应性质未见有报道。利用化学物质9-顺视黄醛(视紫红质中的发色功能物质)和成膜物质毛地黄皂苷结合形成具有光电响应的仿视觉功能LB薄膜是本研究的主要内容。
It has long been attempted to use synthetic rhodopsin, such as 11-cis retinal, to bind opsin to form rhodopsin, but failed to achieve 11-cis retinal because of its difficulty. Hubbard et al reported that the use of 9-cis-retinal and amines can form rhodopsin-like hyaluronan. Although “isorhodopsin” has been reported for its light color interdependency, the photoelectric response properties of this biomimetic photosensitive dye have not been reported. It is the main content of this study to use the chemical substance 9-cis-retinal (a chromogenic functional substance in rhodopsin) and the film-forming substance digitonin to form an LB film with the visual response function of visual function.
