水和废水中沙门菌检测扩项评审模拟试验

目的为了《水和废水监测分析方法》中水的细菌学测定—沙门菌扩项评审,对新方法检测进行确认〔1〕。方法依据《水和废水监测分析方法》水中细菌学水中沙门菌相关规定进行模拟试验。采集水样→水样浓缩→前增菌→增菌→分离平板→生化试验→血清凝集→结果报告。结果检出婴儿沙门菌(Salmonella infantis)〔6,7:r:1,5〕。结论通过方法验证确认本公司微生物实验室已具备开展《水和废水监测分析方法》水中细菌学测定的能力,并揭示地表水受到严重污染。 OBJECTIVE To confirm the detection of new methods for the bacteriological determination of Salmonella in the water and wastewater monitoring and analysis method [1]. Methods According to “water and wastewater monitoring and analysis method” in water bacteriological water Salmonella relevant regulations simulation test. Collecting water samples → water samples concentrated → pre-enrichment → enrichment → separation plate → biochemical test → serum agglutination → results report. As a result, Salmonella infantis [6,7: r: 1,5] was detected. Conclusions The method validation confirmed that Microbiology Laboratory of our company has been equipped with the capability to carry out the waterborne bacteriological determination of “water and wastewater monitoring and analysis method”, and revealed that the surface water is seriously polluted.
