本文首先提出了电子商务和物流配送的概念。在分析了电子商务对传统物流配送影响的基础上,研究了电子商务下物流配送应具备的基本特征。在知道了电子商务下物流配送的基本特征之后,研究在电子商务下,所需要建立的新型物流配送中心的特征及运作类型,最后探讨建立这种新型物流配送中心应具备的条件。
This paper first proposed the concept of e-commerce and logistics and distribution. Based on the analysis of the impact of e-commerce on traditional logistics and distribution, the basic characteristics of e-commerce logistics and distribution should be studied. After we know the basic characteristics of logistics and distribution under e-commerce, we study the characteristics and operation types of the new logistics and distribution center that we need to establish under e-commerce. Finally, we discuss the conditions for establishing this new type of logistics and distribution center.
