采用系统聚类分析法对12个玉米品种进行遗传多样性探讨。以生育期、株高等11个农艺性状为依据,计算12个品种间的遗传距离,采用组间连接法对供试杂交种进行聚类分析。结果表明:供试的12个品种共划分为4个类群,Ⅰ类为水玉108、W4503、盛农4号,Ⅱ类为保玉12号、金白单6号,Ⅲ类为胜镜847、黔114、广玉8号、ZP122、毕试2012-3、毕单17号,Ⅳ类为金发玉201212。各类间的遗传相似性较低,各类内部杂交种间具有较高的遗传相似性,可为玉米杂交种的选育及相关研究提供科学依据。
The genetic diversity of 12 maize cultivars was studied by using cluster analysis. Based on 11 agronomic traits such as growth period and plant height, the genetic distances among 12 cultivars were calculated. Cluster analysis was conducted on the hybrids tested by using the inter-group linkage method. The results showed that 12 tested cultivars were divided into 4 groups, Ⅰ class was Shuyu 108, W4503 and Shengnong 4, Ⅱ was Baoyu 12 and Jinbalancean 6, Ⅲ was Shengkeng 847, Guizhou 114, Guangyu 8, ZP122, completed test 2012-3, completed single No. 17, Ⅳ class of Jinfa Yu 201212. All kinds of genetic similarity between the lower, all kinds of internal hybrids with high genetic similarity, can provide a scientific basis for the breeding of corn hybrids and related studies.
