全国墙改和建筑节能办公室主任会议今天开幕了.我们这次会议的主要内容是总结和交流近几年来我国墙改和建筑节能工作进展情况;研讨进一步深入贯彻国务院66号文件,拟定“九·五”规划目标和实施意见;表彰先进墙改和建筑节能办公室,强化办公室职能,把各地墙改和节能建筑推广工作逐步纳入规范化、正常化和法制化轨道,真正按照系统工作方法推进这项工作.会议的中心议题就是抓住当前大好时机,加快步伐,大力推进我国墙改和建
The meeting of directors of the National Wall Reform and Building Energy Conservation Office opened today. The main content of this meeting is to summarize and exchange information on the progress of the wall reform and building energy conservation in China in recent years; the study further deepens the implementation of State Council Document No. 66 and formulates the “9. V. Planning objectives and implementation opinions; commendation of advanced wall renovation and building energy conservation offices, strengthening of office functions, gradual integration of regional wall renovation and energy conservation building promotion into the standardization, normalization, and legalization tracks, and promoting this work in accordance with the system work method. The central theme of the conference is to seize the current opportune moment, accelerate the pace, and vigorously promote China’s wall reform and construction.
