据商务部服贸司统计,1-7月我国共签订服务外包合同103584份,合同金额596.5亿美元,同比增长34.4%;执行金额426.2亿美元,同比增长33.9%。其中,承接国际离岸服务外包合同金额391.9亿美元,同比增长25.6%;执行金额290.0亿美元,同比增长29.5%。1-7月,ITO、KPO和BPO分别占比52.1%、33.5%和14.4%,ITO仍占主导地位。
According to statistics from the Ministry of Commerce and Trade Services Division, from January to July, China has signed a total of 103,584 service outsourcing contracts, with a contract value of 59.65 billion U.S. dollars, up 34.4% over the same period of last year; and an implementation value of 42.22 billion U.S. dollars, up 33.9% over the same period of last year. Among them, the international offshore service outsourcing contract amount to 39.19 billion US dollars, an increase of 25.6%; implementation of the amount of 29.0 billion US dollars, an increase of 29.5%. From January to July, ITO, KPO and BPO accounted for 52.1%, 33.5% and 14.4% respectively, with ITO still dominating.
