如果要问近些年来我国的热门事件,“房产税改革”一定可以挤入名单,这从每年中央对房产税改革的屡次提及中就可窥得一二。然而,房产税的改革并不单单涉及到对房产税收体制方面的改革,还涉及到很多配套性问题,如地方税收立法权划分的问题、保障房的建设与分配问题以及投资渠道狭窄等问题的解决。只有将这些问题处理好,房产税改革才能发挥其应有的效用。
If you want to ask about the hot events of our country in recent years, the “real estate tax reform” will surely be crowded into the list. This can be seen from the repeated remarks made by the Central Government on the reform of the property tax. However, the reform of real estate tax does not only involve the reform of property tax system, but also involves many supporting issues, such as the division of local tax legislative power, the protection of housing construction and distribution issues, and narrow investment channels solve. Only when these problems are properly handled can the property tax reform play its due role.
