目的 观察去负荷对大鼠股骨不同部位局部因子的影响 ,并探讨其与矿盐含量变化的关系。 方法 6周龄 S.D.大鼠随机分为自由活动组 (对照组 )和尾部悬吊组 (实验组 ) ,每组 9只 ,实验期 2 1d。观察指标 :股骨颈、股骨干近 1/ 3端、中 1/ 3段和远 1/ 3段 4个不同部位一氧化氮 (NO)、骨钙素 (BGP)、表皮生长因子 (EGF)的含量及矿盐含量。 结果 与对照组相比 ,实验组大鼠股骨颈和股骨干远 1/ 3段的矿盐含量下降有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;股骨颈和股骨干远 1/ 3段的 NO含量升高有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;股骨干中 1/ 3段的 BGP升高有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;股骨干近 1/ 3段和中 1/ 3段的 EGF含量升高有显著性意义 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 去负荷大鼠股骨颈和股骨干远 1/ 3段的 NO含量升高 ,是造成该部位矿盐含量下降的重要原因。股骨干近 1/ 3段、中 1/ 3段的 EGF或 BGP含量升高是该部位矿盐无明显丢失的重要原因
Objective To observe the effect of de-loading on local factors of different parts of femur in rats and to explore its relationship with the changes of mineral salt content. Methods Six-week-old S.D. rats were randomly divided into free-moving group (control group) and tail suspension group (experimental group), with 9 rats in each group and 21 days in experimental group. OBSERVATION: NOS, BGP, EGF in the proximal 1/3, 1/3 and 1/3 segments of the femoral neck, Content and mineral salt content. Results Compared with the control group, the mineral content of the femoral neck and distal femur in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.05), and the femoral neck and femoral shaft were 1/3 far (P <0.05). The level of BGP in 1/3 of the femoral shaft was significantly increased (P <0.05); the femoral shaft was nearly 1/3 in the middle and the middle 1/3 of the EGF content increased significantly (P <0. 05). Conclusion The content of NO in femoral neck and distal femur far away from the loaded rats increased, which is the important reason for the decrease of mineral salt in this part. Femoral shaft nearly 1/3, 1/3 of the EGF or BGP content is the site of mineral salt was not significantly lost important reason
