目的 探讨螺旋CT及其图像后处理功能在胫骨平台骨折中的临床应用价值 ,并比较各种成像方法的诊断价值。方法 2 1例胫骨平台骨折患者 ,均接受X线检查、螺旋CT扫描和扫描后图像后处理 ,比较三者的检查结果 ,并与术中所见对照。结果 依据螺旋CT及重建图像的资料 ,平片漏诊 2例 ,更正骨折分型 3例。轴位图像是诊断的基础 ,重建图像在空间关系的显示上具有优势。结论 螺旋CT及其图像后处理功能能为胫骨平台骨折的诊断和治疗提供有价值的信息 ,有良好的应用前景
Objective To investigate the clinical value of spiral CT and its image postprocessing in the treatment of tibial plateau fractures and to compare the diagnostic value of various imaging methods. Methods Twenty-one patients with tibial plateau fractures underwent X-ray examination, spiral CT scan and post-scan image post-treatment. The results of the three tests were compared with those in the operation. Results According to the data of spiral CT and reconstructed images, 2 cases were missed by plain film, and 3 cases were corrected by fracture type. Axial images are the basis of diagnosis, reconstructed images have an advantage in the display of spatial relations. Conclusion Spiral CT and its image postprocessing function can provide valuable information for the diagnosis and treatment of tibial plateau fractures and has a good prospect of application
