我省平原井灌区位于北纬32℃～35℃之间,涉及郑州、开封、商丘、周口、许昌、平顶山、漯河、驻马店、信阳和南阳10个市地的84个县,总面积为6.4万Km~2。降水量较充沛,多年平均降水量为600～1000mm。但其降水量年际变化很大,最多年份与最少年份相差2.6～4.7倍;而且年内季节分配极不均匀,其中60～70%的降水量集中在汛期,其他月份干旱少雨,不利农作物生
