目的:观察对儿童股骨干骨折患者进行手术治疗的临床效果。方法:搜集2010年2月~2013年2月我院接收的儿童股骨干骨折43例患者,对上中段骨折13例患者使用髓内针进行固定,对复杂性骨折18例患者使用钢板螺钉进行固定,对螺旋形或长斜行骨折12例患者使用多枚螺钉进行固定。观察患者临床治疗效果。结果:43例患者接受手术治疗后,骨折处均能完整愈合,治疗总有效率为100%。术后1例出现钢板断裂,1例由于跌伤出现再次骨折,手术并发症发生率为4.65%。结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对上中段股骨干骨折儿童患者实施髓内针内固定手术,对复杂性股骨干骨折儿童患者实施钢板螺钉内固定手术,对螺旋形或长斜行股骨干骨折儿童患者实施多枚螺钉内固定手术,均能取得较好的临床治疗效果,治疗有效率较高,手术并发症较少,值得推广。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of surgical treatment of children with femoral shaft fracture. Methods: Forty-three children with femoral shaft fractures received in our hospital from February 2010 to February 2013 were enrolled. Thirteen patients with upper and middle fractures were fixed with intramedullary nail and 18 patients with complex fractures were fixed with plate screws Twelve patients with spiral or long oblique fractures were fixed with multiple screws. Observe the effect of clinical treatment. Results: All the 43 patients underwent complete surgical treatment at the fracture site. The total effective rate was 100%. One case had a fracture of the plate after operation, and one case suffered another fracture due to a fall injury. The incidence of surgical complications was 4.65%. The result was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The patients with upper femoral shaft fractures were treated with intramedullary nailing and internal fixation with screw fixation in children with complex femoral shaft fracture. The screws were used in children with spiral or long oblique femoral shaft fractures Fixed surgery, can achieve better clinical treatment, the treatment of high efficiency, fewer surgical complications, it is worth promoting.
