农业综合开发陕甘宁地区水土流失综合治理项目隆德县张程项目区张程片区工程建设取得了显著成效,为今后的农田建设树立了典范。其主要做法有加强组织领导,实行目标管理;加强资金管理,全面推行“四项制度”;多种机械互相配合,确保工程质量;科学合理规划,应用GPS技术严格验收等。提出了项目建设中存在的问题和相关建议。
Comprehensive Development of Comprehensive Agricultural Soil and Water Loss Comprehensive Management Project in Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia The project construction of Zhang Cheng in Zhangcheng project area of Lund County has made remarkable achievements and set a good example for the construction of farmland in the future. The main approach is to strengthen the organization and leadership, the implementation of goal management; strengthen fund management, the full implementation of the “four systems”; a variety of machinery complement each other to ensure project quality; scientific and rational planning, application of GPS technology strict acceptance. Put forward the problems in the project construction and related suggestions.
