本文通过问卷调查,从个人信息、出游讯息、旅游偏好等方面分析了粤北山区河源市民的旅游行为特征。结果显示河源市民的旅游行为呈现旅游动机多样性,但主要以休闲娱乐主;出游时间以夏季和国家法定长假为主;旅游信息主要来源于互联网信息;旅游方式以旅行社全包价为主,倾向于与家人同行;旅游娱乐消费支出最大,购物消费最少;高级别旅游目的地倍受欢迎。通过实证研究为河源和旅游目的旅游企业、政府调整旅游产品结构、改善旅游服务设施及旅行社营销方式提供参考。
Through questionnaire survey, this paper analyzes the tourism behavior characteristics of Heyuan citizens in mountainous areas of northern Guangdong from personal information, travel information and travel preferences. The results showed that the tourism behavior of Heyuan citizens showed diversity in tourism motivation, but mainly for leisure and entertainment; the travel time was mainly in summer and national statutory holiday; the tourism information mainly came from Internet information; the travel mode was mainly the full package price of travel agency, Traveling with family members; the largest spending on tourism and entertainment spending, shopping and spending the least; high-level tourist destination is very popular. Through empirical research for Heyuan and tourism-oriented tourism enterprises, the government to adjust the structure of tourism products, improve tourism service facilities and travel agencies to provide marketing reference.
