黔东南苗族侗族自治州开展的农村党员干部现代远程教育试点工作,为其他民族地区乃至全国开展这项工作积累了宝贵的经验。为了使农村党员干部现代远程教育对民族地区的经济社会发展发挥更加积极的作用。文章提出:把开展农村党员干部现代远程教育作为建设社会主义新农村的抓手;采取措施解决民族地区开展农村党员干部现代远程教育所急需的资金;各级政府在转变职能中,要为农村党员干部现代远程教育搞好管理和服务;要抓好农村党员干部现代远程教育中的基础性工作等建议。
The pilot project of modern long-distance education for party members and cadres from rural areas in Qiandongnan Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture accumulated valuable experience in carrying out this work in other ethnic areas and the whole country. In order to make modern distance education of rural party members and cadres play a more active role in the economic and social development in minority areas. The article puts forward: Take the modern distance education of rural party members and cadres as the starting point of building a new socialist countryside; take measures to solve the urgent needs of the modern distance education of rural party members and cadres in ethnic minority areas; and at all levels of government, Cadres modern distance education do a good job of management and service; to do a good job of rural cadres in modern distance education in the basic work and other recommendations.
