现代企业制度,是以公司法人制度为核心的一种企业制度。与传统的国有企业制度比较,现代企业制度有四个方面的明显特征,一是产权明晰,二是权责清楚,三是市场导向,四是管理科学。显然,建立现代企业制度,就要用现代科学管理的规程、准则来规范企业行为。而从现代科学管理的角度看,对人的管理是最根本的,人不仅是管理的对象,更是管理的主体。现代企业制度能否顺利地建立、健全和正常运行,很大程度上取决于企业职工能否适应这一制度和职工的积极性能否得到充分发挥。因此,建立现代企业制度就不仅是体制和管理办法的更新,而且是人的思想观念的一场重大变革。
The modern enterprise system is based on the corporate legal system as the core of a business system. Compared with the traditional system of state-owned enterprises, the modern enterprise system has four distinct characteristics. First, property rights are clear, second, rights and responsibilities are clear, the third is market-oriented, and the fourth is management science. Obviously, the establishment of a modern enterprise system, we must use modern scientific management procedures, norms to regulate business practices. From the perspective of modern scientific management, management of people is the most fundamental, people are not only the object of management, but also the main body of management. The successful establishment, soundness and normal operation of the modern enterprise system depend largely on whether enterprise employees can adapt to this system and whether the enthusiasm of employees can be fully realized. Therefore, the establishment of a modern enterprise system is not only an update of the system and management methods, but also a major change in the human mindset.
