随着经济全球化和区域经济一体化不断发展,地区之间的相互依存度日益加深,特别是金融危机的发生,让我们更加深刻地认识到,融合区域资源,促进各种生产要素在区域内合理流动,提升区域协调发展水平,拓展区域发展空间的重要性和紧迫性。5月10日至11日,第二届“京津冀晋蒙政协区域经济发展论坛”在北京举行,论坛的主题是“产业转型升级中的区域经济合作”。会上,五省区市政协签署了《京津冀晋蒙政协区域经济发展论坛共识》,通过了《第二届京津冀晋蒙政协区域经济发展论坛纪要》,就新形势下进一步拓展区域经济合作问题达成六方面共识。中共中央政治局常委、全国政协主席贾庆林接见了出席论坛的全体代表,充分肯定了本届论坛取得的成果,认为论坛是创新人民政协工作的有益尝试。中共中央政治局委员、北京市委书记刘淇,市长郭金龙看望了与会代表。河北省政协主席刘德旺与北京市政协主席阳安江、天津市政协主席邢元敏、山西省政协主席薛延忠、内蒙古自治区政协主席陈光林一同出席论坛并在开幕式上致辞。省政协副主席赵文鹤做了主题发言。省政协秘书长安云昉、省政协财经委员会主任王金洲等出席论坛。承德市政协主席郑晓东、廊坊市政协主席寇德松出席论坛并发言。论坛期间,五省区市政协委员、特邀专家从政协组织的视角,围绕“产业转型升级中的区域经济合作”这一主题和区域发展的重大问题进行了交流探讨,提出许多真知灼见。

From May 10 to May 11, the second session of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Committee of the CPC Regional Economic Development Forum was held in Beijing. Chengde City Zheng Zheng, chairman of the CPPCC National Committee, chairman of the CPPCC Langfang City Corde Song attended the forum and made a statement. During the forum, CPPCC members and invited experts from five provinces and municipalities held exchanges and discussions on the theme of “regional economic cooperation in industrial restructuring and upgrading” and major issues concerning regional development from the perspective of the CPPCC organization and put forward many insights.
