通过对12Cr2Ni4MoVNb钢锻件的热处理工艺试验研究,重点进行了晶粒长大倾向、奥氏体化温度、奥氏体化保温时间、回火温度及回火保温时间对性能的影响的试验工作,分析了各种热处理工艺参数对力学性能的影响,优化了热处理工艺参数并在生产中进行了验证。在限定回火温度并且不损失塑韧性的前提下可以使σ_b和σ_(0.2)满足订货条件要求:σ_b≥90OMPa、σ_(0.2)≥60OMPa。
Based on the experimental research on the heat treatment of 12Cr2Ni4MoVNb steel forgings, the experimental work on the effects of grain growth tendency, austenitizing temperature, austenitizing holding time, tempering temperature and tempering holding time on the performance is analyzed emphatically A variety of heat treatment process parameters on the mechanical properties of the optimization of the heat treatment process parameters and verified in the production. Under the premise of limiting the tempering temperature and without loss of plasticity and toughness, σ_b and σ_ (0.2) can meet the requirements of order conditions: σ_b≥90OMPa and σ_ (0.2) ≥60OMPa.
