通过参考大量成功的矿山公园发展模式案例,从矿山公园的内涵和核心价值出发,对林西大井国家矿山公园现状进行了分析,确立了矿山公园的建设目标。建设过程的关键是要解决“四矿”问题,所以在规划过程中将矿山公园与大井镇(矿城)合并一起建设,大井矿山公园建设模式为区域整治规划所带动的区域性统一开发模式。矿业遗产保护模式和矿业生产模式相结合妥善地处理了保护和开发的问题,达到了生态恢复和文化重现的目的,最终实现矿山公园区域的复兴。
By referring to a large number of successful mining park development model cases, starting from the connotation and core value of the mine park, the status quo of the Linxi Dajing National Mine Park was analyzed and the construction goal of the mine park was established. The key to the construction process is to solve the “four mines” issue. Therefore, during the planning process, the mining park and the town of Dajing (mining town) will be merged together. The construction mode of the Dajing Mine Park will be the regional unified development driven by the regional renovation plan mode. The combination of the mining heritage protection model and the mining production mode properly handled the protection and development issues, achieved the goal of ecological restoration and cultural reproduction, and finally realized the rejuvenation of the mine park area.
