国际欧盟发布新版在线支付安全指南近日,欧洲银行业管理局发布了新版在线支付安全指南,要求欧盟的支付服务提供商在2015年8月1日前执行指南中的系列安全要求。该指南适用于网上支付、信用转让、电子授权、电子转账,包含对互联网支付管理的一般控制和安全环境建议、风险评估、事故监测和报告、风险控制和缓解,以及事故可追溯性等方面的要求。
