利用GT-Power软件对FSAE比赛所用汽油发动机工作过程进行仿真分析,在验证其准确性后,分析计算了三种不同结构的进气限制器对发动机动力性能的影响规律,并得到了试验验证。结果表明,所开发的三种限制器对发动机性能影响有较大差异,其进出口延伸角及半径是影响发动机性能的最主要因素。
Using GT-Power software to simulate the working process of gasoline engines used in FSAE competition, after verifying its accuracy, the influence rules of three different configurations of intake limiters on the engine dynamic performance were analyzed and calculated, and the experimental verification was obtained. The results show that the three limiters have great influence on the engine performance. The extension and radius of the inlet and outlet of the limiters are the most important factors affecting the performance of the engine.
