最近,中国橡胶工业协会向财政部、国家税务总局、商务部、工业和信息化部等报告情况,提出了提高轮胎等橡胶制品出口退税率的意见。建议将轮胎等橡胶制品出口退税率从现在的5%恢复到13%,以制止出口下滑的势头,维护企业的稳定和社会安定,促进橡胶工业平稳较快发展。
Recently, China Rubber Industry Association to the Ministry of Finance, State Administration of Taxation, Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Industry and Information and other reports, raised the tire and other rubber products export tax rebate rate. It is suggested that the export tax rebate rate of rubber products such as tires be restored to 13% from the current 5%, to curb the momentum of declining exports, safeguarding the stability of enterprises and social stability, and promoting the steady and rapid development of the rubber industry.
