歙县早在20世纪70年代前即被证实有肺吸虫病存在,是重要的流行区和自然疫源地之一。随着经济发展,学校健康教育的深入开展,学生预防肺吸虫感染知识知晓程度,以及卫生习惯和不良行为的改善,对学生肺吸虫病的发病产生了重要影响。为了解歙县学生肺吸虫的流行现状,抽查白石源、赵村和竹铺等3所小学,对6~13岁学生肺吸虫病血清学抗体进行调查。现将结果报道如下。1对象与方法1.1调查对象三阳乡白石源小学、竹铺小学和
Pixian was confirmed as having paragonimiasis as early as the 1970s and is one of the most popular epidemic areas and natural foci. With the economic development, the further development of school health education, the students’ awareness of prevention of paragonimiasis infection, and the improvement of hygienic habits and bad behaviors have an important impact on the incidence of paragonimiasis among students. In order to understand the epidemic status of Paragonimus in Yixian County, three primary schools, including Baishiyuan, Zhaocun and Zhupu, were investigated to investigate seropositive antibodies against paragonimiasis among 6 ~ 13-year-old students.
