龙羊峡、李家峡以及在建的公伯峡三个水电站是我省重要的水电企业,其库区水域的管理工作十分重要。由于这三座水库的库区均跨越不同的行政区域,在已建成的龙羊峡、李家峡水库已经出现因水域的管理体系不统一、责权不明确而造成水域管理混乱的问题。为了充分开发、利用好库区水域资源,保护当地的生态环境,经省政府研究,对以上三座水库的水域管理问题决定如下: 一、省政府分别授权海南州人民政府管理龙羊峡库区水域;黄南州人民政府管理李家峡库区水域;海东行署管理公伯峡库区水域。其管理权
