目的利用星点设计-效应面法优化川芎和细辛挥发油的最佳包合工艺。方法采用饱和水溶液超声法,以β-环糊精与挥发油用量比、包合温度、包合时间为主要影响因素,以挥发油包合率、包合物得率和包合物含油率为评价指标,采用星点设计-效应面法优化挥发油的包合参数。结果最佳工艺为:β-环糊精和挥发油用量比为5∶1,包合温度为45℃,超声时间54 min。综合评分预测值为97.32分,与实际值97.316分的偏差为0.000 4%。结论试验设计简便合理,稳定可行,可预测性好。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the optimal inclusion process of the volatile oil of Ligusticum chuanxiong and Asarum fimbriatum by means of the star point design-response surface method. Methods Saturated aqueous solution was used as the ultrasonic method to determine the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to volatile oil, the inclusion temperature and the inclusion time as the main influential factors. The inclusion rate of volatile oil, inclusion compound yield and oil content of inclusion compound , Using star point design - response surface method to optimize inclusion parameters of volatile oil. The optimum conditions were as follows: the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to volatile oil was 5:1, the inclusion temperature was 45 ℃, and the sonication time was 54 min. The composite score predicted 97.32 points, with the actual value of 97.316 points deviation of 0.0004%. Conclusion The experimental design is simple and reasonable, stable and feasible and predictable.
